What you'll do
Join our team as a part-time Office Manager Assistant (3 days/week), working side-by-side with our Office Manager. Play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As a proactive and hands-on individual, you'll be responsible for various administrative tasks and office management duties. Your profile
Hosting: 
  • Assist in preparing for business unit visit events on and offsite. 
  • Extend a warm and professional welcome to guests. 
  • Arrange and set up catering for guests. 
  • Support monthly ‘borrels’, off-site events, gifts, and office parties for staff. 
  • Aid the onboarding of new staff. 

Administration: 
  • Register sickness and manage employee sick leave records. 
  • Enter receipts and manage cardholder responsibilities on designated days. 
  • Make ad-hoc online purchases within the approved budget. 
  • Organize and maintain documentation and contracts.
  • Manage the laptop and hardware inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability.  
  • Using MS software to prepare PPT and create Word docs and Excel documents.

The Office: 
  • Monitor and track all incoming mail and deliveries, including hardware, ensuring timely distribution. 
  • Procure equipment, stationery, groceries, and technical supplies according to requests. 
  • Coordinate with on-site contractors, documenting progress in Jira. 
  • Assist in office cleaning projects, recycling initiatives, and sustainability efforts. 
  • Ad-hoc research for venues, vendors, and office initiatives.

Your profile
Can-do attitude and willingness to be hands-on in various tasks. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Tech-savvy is a big plus. 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Warm and professional attitude. 
  • Service-oriented mindset. 
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as cleaning projects.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch will be a plus.
